We have a 30-day return policy on most items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and ship your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the confirmation email as proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyer pays for return shipping

While Willow and Tate offers free shipping to its customers, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are responsible for covering the shipping cost for any items you choose to return. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@willowandtate.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some of our artists do not accept returns due to the size of their products or other factors. Any items that are nonreturnable will be marked "Final Sale" in the item description. All custom made products are final sale. If there are any concerns with your purchase on final sale items, please contact us at returns@willowandtate.com. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@willowandtate.com 

At Willow and Tate, our goal is to provide you with high-quality products at the best prices. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us, contact us within one week of your purchase and we will refund your original payment the difference. 

For steps to request your partial refund, email us with the subject heading: Price Match Refund. In the body of your email, include your product confirmation number and a link to the same product on a competitor's website.  We will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

• You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
• Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
• The item must be in stock on the competitors website
• The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
• The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
• Additional coupons may not be applied on top of a price match. 
• The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the product in question
• The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax.
